Canadian Bead Oasis Show - Calgary Show 2008 Class Registration

Registration can be done on-line using this page and the Paypal shopping cart. Please ensure your name, address, phone number and email address are on the Paypal payment (using the Special Instructions/Notes field as required) - this information is only used for contacting you regarding classes. More than one class can be registered with one payment - use the View Cart button below to see your cart contents at any time.

Registration will also be accepted by phone, mail or fax until each class fills. If you'd like to mail or fax us your registration, you can download the registration form by right-clicking here: Registration Form, complete and send/fax to the address/fax # on the registration form or phone/fax 1-866-311-1104, or email info@oasisshows.com for our mailing address. Please note that credit card charges may appear on your statement as from NLM Glass Arts.

By registering in a class and/or clicking any of the Paypal Payment buttons below,
you are agreeing to the following terms of registration:

1. All classes will be at the Calgary Telus Convention Centre, South Building, Upper Level, Rooms 208 and 210, and at the back of the show exhibit area Lower Level Room Macleod D, 120 9th Ave SE, Calgary Alberta Canada, unless otherwise indicated below or unless otherwise advised by us by class start time.

2. Please check the date and time for each class to avoid double-booking. Please arrive at class on time as classes will not be delayed for latecomers. Please check the Skills Required for the class to ensure you meet the prerequisites.

3. Registrations are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis until each class fills. Payment by Paypal does not automatically mean acceptance into the class - separate acceptance will be emailed to you, and if the class had filled before your payment was received, your payment will be refunded. If you choose to pay by e-cheque (one of the payment options offered through Paypal, which is different from the credit card Paypal option), please allow at least 8 calendar days for the e-cheque to clear before the class starts; otherwise we may require a credit card slip as backup at class time, to be used only if the e-cheque doesn't clear.

4. We reserve the right to cancel classes and/or substitute a different instructor. It is possible that a class may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control or because the class does not meet its minimum class size (typically 5 students) - in that case we will refund payments made for registrants in that class.

5. Only class fees are covered by this registration. Kit fees are paid to the instructor at the beginning of the class. Kit fees are also mandatory for most classes as described in the class details page.

6. If you must assign your registration in a class to someone else, ensure that we have the contact details for the new person (name, address, phone number, email) and that they accept these terms.

7. All registration sales are final. No refunds except for cancellations and overbookings where stated above. No food, cameras, animals or children under 18 are allowed in the classroom. Please do not wear perfume to class in consideration of others. Our liability to you is limited to the value of the class fees you have paid to us.
